The Keenan Ranch has 2 colts for 2025!  Both sired by DREA Chewelah Celilo "Chewy", our black near leopard herd stallion.   This group of Images are from June. Our black near leopard colt, KR Nightwinds Thunder "Thunder" is out of Ochoco Midnightmagic "Magic".    Thunder was born May 21, 2025.    We also have a black snowcap colt, KR Sharp Dressed Man  "Tuxedo"  out of Ochoco Black Bonnie "Black Bonnie".  Chewy, our stallion was purchased from Decker Red Eagle  Appaloosas(Oregon) as a yearling in 2011.   The two mares, Magic and Bonnie,  we purchased from Rafter DS Ranch(Oregon) now retired, in 2016.  They are half sisters both sired by Ulrich Cheyenne.    Our colts were born in a 180 acre pasture of varied terrain, including brushy creek bottoms, open meadows and hills.   They will remain in this pasture until weaning in late October.
